师德回归:构建高校和谐师生关系的内力

摘　　要：师德是教师在教书育人过程中必须遵守的道德规范和行为准则。在当今社会大环境下,由于社会上各种不良思潮和市场经济的负面影响,少数高校教师放松了自身的思想道德修养,出现种种师德失范的现象,引发了一系列新矛盾和新问题。这对高校师生关系造成了不良影响,使和谐的师生关系受到严峻挑战。在分析师德失范对高校师生关系造成不良影响的基础上,提出通过加强高校师德建设,使高尚的师德成为构建和谐师生关系的内力。Exemplary virtue is a standard of morality and criterion of behavior of teachers who must comply with in action of education.Small number teachers of Colleges and Universities who have put down their training of ideology appear all sorts of phenomenon of runaway of exemplary virtue because of negative influence of all sorts of unhealthy ideological social trend under great social environment today,and they have led to a number of new contradictory and new problem.These brought about negative influence on relationship between teacher and student of colleges and universities,and harmonious relationship of teacher and student of colleges and universities met with rigorous challenge.This paper puts forward that we must let it become internal force for establishing of harmonious relationship between teacher and student of colleges and universities of lofty exemplary virtue through establishment of exemplary virtue of educator in colleges and universities under the base of analysis of negative influence on relationship between teacher and student of colleges and universities.
