摘  要:文章根据"全国对外汉语教学与汉语国际教育信息库(机构及师资)"中专职教师所填写的调查问卷,分析对外汉语专职教师的教学效能感状况。以专职教师语言技能课的教学情况为中心,从教师的个体特征、专业特征、职业素养三个方面,描述不同教师群体对教学能力、教学效果的判断与评价;讨论不同因素对教师胜任感、成功感的影响。数据分析显示,对外汉语专职教师对自己的教学能力非常自信,对教学结果的期望也较高。Based on a study of the questionnaires by full-time TCFL teachers,this paper analyzes the teaching efficacy of full-time TCFL teachers.It centers on the courses of the language skills and describes the judgment and comments by different groups of teachers on teaching ability and the teaching effect from three aspects: the individual characteristics,professional characteristics,and professionalism,as well as a factor analysis of the teachers' sense of qualification and achievement.The statistical analysis shows that these full-time TCFL teachers have full confidence in their teaching ability and high expectation of their teaching achievement.
