摘　　要：车艾制度是云南红河哈尼族奕车人的一种婚前半隐私,婚后隐私的性关系模式。本文作者通过田野调查,对奕车人车艾制度的概念、形式与特点进行了分析,具体探讨了车艾制度在父系社会表现出来的诸多特点与社会制度之间的相互调试,并思索了车艾制度在奕车山寨传续的基础和未来的发展走向。该项研究为认识人类两性关系的多样性提供了重要的典型案例。The Che＇ai system of the Yiche people of the Hani nationality in Yunnan Province is a kind of sex relationship which is semi-private before marriage and private after marriage. Based on the field investigation, the paper gives an analysis of the concept, form and features of the Che＇ai system and focuses on its traits and interaction in the patrilineal society. It also discusses the foundation of its inheritance in Yiche villages and its future development. This study is a case in point for the study of the diversity of human Rex relations.
