摘 要:目的:探讨数字钼靶乳腺摄影及计算机辅助诊断(CAD)在乳腺癌筛查诊断中的价值。方法:2010年1月至2011年1月我院数字乳腺钼靶摄片并经手术证实的40例纳入研究,包括乳腺癌35例(其中原位癌6例)和乳腺腺体增生5例。术前分别在普通显示器上读片诊断和工作站上使用CAD软件读片诊断,然后比较分析。结果:使用普通医用显示器的乳腺癌诊断的敏感性为71.4%,准确性75%;使用CAD分析的乳腺癌诊断的敏感性为88.6%,准确性90%。应用CAD对微钙化检出的敏感性明显高于普通医用显示器(P=0.032)。结论:数字乳腺摄影结合CAD有助于乳腺癌筛查诊断。Purpose: To evaluate digital mammography and computer- assisted diagnostic technique in the screening diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: Forty patients, who were underwent digital mam- mography and operation during January 2010 to January 2011, were enrolled in our study. These cases included 35 cases of breast cancer (6 cases of carcinoma in situ), and 5 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands. The digital images of them were all interpreted by a radiologist through routine display and by CAD software, and the results were analyzed. Results: The reports made through general medical dis- play had the sensitivity of 71.4% in diagnosis of breast cancer and with the diagnostic accuracy of 75% ; the reports made through CAD analysis had the sensitive of 88.6~/6 and with the diagnostic accuracy of 90%. CAD was with more sensitivity to display micro - calcifications than the general medical display (P = 0. 032). Conclusion: Digital mammography with CAD analysis has the important value in screening of breast Cancer.
