摘 要:选择高氟区生长的高氟黄牛,通过扫描电镜观察了红细胞损伤的超微结构。结果表明:长期处在高氟环境中的黄牛,红细胞变形,出现数目不等的棘球状、多角形或星茫状突起,发生了棘红细胞胞增多症(acan-thocytosis)。通过饲料单独添加硒(亚硒酸钠)0.25mg/kg、铜(硫酸铜)15mg/kg和联合添加硒0.25mg/kg+铜15mg/kg+镁(硫酸镁)1mg/kg,连续饲喂83d,结果加硒组高氟黄牛的变形红细胞不同程度地恢复原形。The ultrastructure of erythrocyte in cattle with endemic fluorosis has been observed for the first time through scanning electronic microscope. A great number of erythrocytes with polygonal, spur and scantha shape (acanthocyte) present in peripheral blood of cattle affected with fluorosis. The ration for the affected cattle was supplemented with ①0.25 mg/kg selenium (sodium selenite); ②15 mg/kg copper (copper sulfate) and ③ 0.25 mg/kg selenium+15 mg/kg copper+1 mg/kg magnesium (magnesium sulfate) per day for 83 days, respectively. The results are as follows: The deformed erythrocyte of cattle return to normal with different degree in the selenium supplement group and selenium, copper, magnesium supplement group. We conclude that the administration of proper selenium should be a practical and feasible way for prevention of endemic fluorosis in cattle.
