摘　　要：英国是最先发展高等职业教育的国家,其高等职业教育的发展与变革经历了四个历史阶段,每个阶段都有其发展与变革的重点和需求,也表现出了高等职业教育三方面的特点,即建立多途径与多选择的高职体系、严格推行职业资格证书制度以及高度重视高职核心能力的培养。Britain is the first country to develop the higher vocational education which has undergone four historical stages.However,every historical stage has its developmental and reformation emphases and requirements.At the same time,it also shows the characteristics of three aspects,namely,to establish higher vocational system of multi-ways and multi-choices,strictly implement the system of professional qualification certificate and attach great importance to the cultivation of the key skills in higher vocational education.
