摘 要:为研究日粮中添加海豹油对肥育猪生长性能和猪肉脂肪酸组成的影响,选用60头平均体重77.55 kg的杜长大三元杂交猪,分4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复5头猪。对照组含1%大豆油,试验组分别含0.9%大豆油+0.1%海豹油、0.5%大豆油+0.5%海豹油和1%海豹油。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加海豹油对猪平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著影响(p>0.05),但是平均日增重却增加0.54%、0.34%和1.90%(p>0.05),3组和4组料重比与对照组相比降低1.49%和2.10%(p>0.05),日粮中添加海豹油有提高平均日增重(p>0.05)和降低料重比的趋势(p>0.05)。与对照组相比日粮中添加0.1%、0.5%和1%海豹油,可使猪肉中棕榈酸含量分别提高17.38%(p>0.01)、44.80%(p<0.01)和55.74%(p<0.01);棕榈油酸分别提高52.76%(p<0.01)、83.70%(p<0.01)和132.04%(p<0.01);硬脂酸分别提高10.32%(p>0.01)、28.66%(p<0.01)和31.78%(p<0.01);油酸分别提高14.18%(p>0.01)、53.13%(p<0.01)和72.44%(p<0.01);DHA分别提高4.41%(p>0.01)、54.41%(p<0.01)和217.65%(p<0.01);而各试验组间肌内脂肪酸含量除棕榈油酸和DHA外,差异不显著(p>0.01)。To study the effect of different rates of seal oil substituting soybean oil on production performance,60 growing-finishing pigs with an average weight of 77.5 kg were divided into 4 groups,the control group fed diet containing 1% soybean oil and the other three seal oil groups fed diet containing 0.9% soybean oil+0.1% seal oil,0.5% soybean oil+0.5% seal oil and 1% seal oil.The result showed thed no significant difference was observed among the three groups in average daily gain,average daily intake and efficiency of feed utilization compared with the control group.But average daily gain increase 0.54%,0.34% and 1.90%(p0.05),while efficiency of feed utilization of group three and four decreased 1.49% and 2.10%(p0.05).Average daily gain and efficiency of feed utilization with an upward tendency(p0.05).Palmitic acid increased 17.38%(p0.01),44.80%(p0.01)and 55.74%(p0.01);Palmitoleic acid increased 52.76%(p0.01),83.70%(p0.01)and 132.04%(p0.01).Stearic acid increased 10.32%(p0.01),28.66%(p0.01)and 31.78%(p0.01);Oleic acid increased 14.18%(p0.01),53.13%(p0.01)and 72.44%(p0.01);DHA increased 4.41%(p0.01),54.41%(p0.01) and 217.65%(p0.01) compared with the control group.No significant difference was observed among the test groups besides palmitoleic acid and DHA.
