摘 要:教育制度并非机械的纯粹规则,而是目的性与工具性的统一。教育制度建设的价值取向是人文性的,是以人性发展为根本、为人性发展服务的。尊重人、关心人、解放人、发展人是教育的基础,也是教育制度建设的根本。教育制度建设的价值关怀本质上就是对人类教育共同体成员需求的关注和理解。Education system is not the pure mechanical rules, but the unity of purposiveness and instrumentality. The value orientation of education system construction is humanistic and humanity-centered, which serves the human development. Respecting people, caring about people, liberating people, and developing people are the basis of education, and also the foundation of education system construction. To show concern to value is in essence showing care to and giving understanding to the requirements of members of human education community.
