摘　　要：写作训练既是小学英语教学中的一个重要环节，又是一个难点。学生写作能力的培养非一日之功，又因为教师重视不足，没有采取有针对性的措施，所以写作成为学生英语语言能力发展的一个障碍。本文通过对小学阶段英语写作教学现状的调查分析，从写作的词、句、段的积累，篇的框架，文化的差异和先口头后笔头的积极做法上进行了阐述。Writing is an important part in primary school English teaching, and it＇s a difficult part for primary students. Nevertheless, quite a few English teachers simply neglect the indispensable cultivation of students＇ English writing ability in the process of practical teaching, and they haven＇t taken targeted measures when facing the writing problem among the students. Therefore, writing becomes a barrier in developing English language competence. The author analyzes the current situation of English writing in primary schools by investigation. And the author put forward some effective countermeasures to change the situation.
