摘　　要：分析汽车企业的类别和不同类别企业对车辆工程人才的需求层次，以及各类高等院校车辆工程本科人才培养的层次，准确定位地方高等院校车辆工程专业人才培养目标为高素质应用型工程技术人才，并提出人才培养模式。Analysis of vehicle types and different types of business enterprises to the needs of vehicle engineering talent lev- el, and a variety of institutions of higher learning vehicle engineering undergraduate training level, accurate positioning of the local institutions of higher learning vehicle engineering professionals in high-quality application-oriented training objec- tives for the Engineering personnel, and proposed training model.
