火经典走向现代——小小果蝇推动“发现式”实验教学改革

摘  要:果蝇是遗传学实验的经典材料,100多年来这一经典模式生物逐渐被用于发育生物学、药物研发、基因功能研究等多个领域。目前多数高校以果蝇为材料的遗传学实验仍以经典的验证性实验为主,学生兴趣不高,教学效果不好,不能发挥果蝇这种模式生物的优越性。我们引入科研中广泛应用的Gal14/UAS等果蝇品系,调整实验教学内容,变‘.验证性”教学为‘‘发现式”教学,大大激发了学生的兴趣和探索热情。这一改革对于提高教学效果,培养学生独立思考和科研创新能力起到了良好的作用。Drosophila meianogastcr is the classic genetics experiment materials, and, 100 years of this classic animal model increasingly being used developmental biology, drug discovery, gene function research and other fields. But most of the cur- rent genetics experimental course, in Drosophila melanogaster as material experimental project is still in the classic confirm- atory experiment, students' interest is not high, and the teaching effect is bad, can't play to the superiority of this model orga- nisms. We introduce Gal4 / UAS Drosophila melanogaster strains, adjust teaching content, reform teaching method and tea- ching mode, change "confn'matory" teaching to "discovery" teaching, greatly stimulate students' learning interest and passion for exploration. This reform to improve the effect of teaching, to develop students' independent thinking and innovative abil- ity of scientific research.
