摘　　要：通过对某服务外包型项目团队进行深度访谈与问卷调研，从该团队内部社会网络中成员（网络节点）间的认知、社会网络的联系方式以及社会网络结构等角度，对该项目团队内部社会网络对团队内部知识共享的影响进行探讨，并提出相应的优化建议。This paper investigates an outsourcing project team by depth interview and questionnaire survey by studying the cognizance between the members （the nodes of the network）, the different approaches of the network ties and the structure of the social network, and furthermore, put in relevant suggestions.
