摘　　要：在政府统筹下以需求为导向的市场化运作是澳大利亚职业教育成功的基石,本文对澳大利亚自上而下实行的职业教育市场化运作机制进行了深入分析,认为政府举措为职业教育市场化运作创造了条件,各职业学校以"经营"理念面向市场开放办学是市场化运作的关键,同时适应市场化运作的内部管理为学校的发展提供了动力;市场化运作使澳大利亚职业教育充满活力,其成功经验也为我国现阶段高职教育改革提供了借鉴。Demand-driven market-oriented operation is the cornerstone of the success of Australian vocational education under the government coordination. This paper makes in-depth analysis of top-down implementation of the vocational education market operation mechanism for Australia, and thinks government measures create the conditions for market-oriented operation of vocational education, vocational schools face market to open to run schools with the concept of ＂operation＂, which is the key to the market-oriented operation, meanwhile, the internal management of adapting to marketoriented operation provides motive power for schools. Market-oriented operation makes Australian vocational education be full of juice, and its successful experience provides reference for vocational education reform in our country at this stage.
