摘　　要：解析了特色和专业的特色两个概念。阐述了专业的特色的重要性。提出了高职院校专业的特色建设应遵循就业导向、有效利用资源、避免竞争和提高竞争能力、工学结合与校企合作等基本原则。强调指出专业的特色建设要长期贯穿于专业开发、专业基础建设与强化建设、专业稳定发展等专业建设的全过程。探讨了高职院校专业的特色建设策略。Concepts of characteristics and professional characteristics are analyzed. The importance of professional characteristics is expounded. Basic principles of the construction of professional characteristics in vocational colleges are proposed, such as following the employment-oriented, efficient use of resources, avoiding competition and improving competitiveness, work-integrated learning as well as school-enterprise cooperation, etc. The construction of professional characteristics should run through the whole process of professional development, professional basic construction and strengthened construction, professional stable development is mainly pointed out. Strategies of construction of professional characteristics in vocational colleges are discussed.
