国际化视野下我国工程硕士学位标准的分析及对策

摘　　要：本文将我国工程硕士学位标准与发达国家相应标准进行对比,分析了国内外工程硕士学位标准在知识、能力及素质方面要求的共性与差异;阐述了发达国家工程硕士学位标准的典型特征及先进经验——以培养工程师为目标、以应用实践为主线、以发展能力及素质为中心、以职业目标为导向。在理论研究的基础上,就如何合理地借鉴国外工程硕士学位标准的先进经验来完善我国现有的工程硕士学位标准,以M大学为个案,通过抽样问卷调查的方式,考察了工程硕士教育相关群体(工程硕士生、导师、管理人员及就业单位)对现有学位标准中的知识结构、能力及素质要求的看法、要求和期望,分析了工程硕士学位标准的现状和存在的问题。基于国际化视野下的理论分析及国内工程硕士教育的现实调研结果,对我国工程硕士学位标准的构建及完善提出了对策性的建议。This paper,by comparing the standards of engineering master in China with that in advanced countries,analyses the similarities and differences among them in the aspects of knowledge,ability and quality,and expounds the typical features and advanced experience of the degree standards of engineering master which takes cultivating engineers as the objective,practice as the main line,the development of ability and quality as the central point and the professional object as the orientation.As for the reasonable application of the standards abroad to improve the present ones in China,this paper makes a case study of some university by questionnaire to investigate the ideas,opinions and wishes of the relevant groups of engineering postgraduates,supervisors,administrative staff and employment units to the knowledge structure,ability and quality of the present degree standards.Based on the theoretical analysis and investigation of the status quo of engineering education in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions to the construction and improvement of the degree standards of engineering master.
