摘　　要：可持续发展能力应当是应用型人才的核心能力;它强调知识的内化和人的潜能发展,意味着高职教育必须为学生走上社会的可持续发展打下基础。培养应用型人才可持续发展能力需要解决五个方面的问题:重视品德养成在高职教育活动中的存在意义;优化整合专业设置;加强培养学生的"职业核心能力";建立完整的应用型人才培养体系;营造美好的高职教育文化。Liu Hongyi,Liu Lanping,Xu Pingli It is top priority for technical and vocational education to develop the potentials of application-oriented professionals.Five aspects should be dealt with in this endeavor including stressing the importance of enlightenments on life in technical and vocational education,optimizing and integrating programs,making great efforts in strengthening the core competence for career development,forming a complete application-oriented professionals development system,and creating a favorable environment for technical and vocational education.
