摘 要:由主导式自主学习原则、互动式教学原则以及多元式评价原则组合而成的基于多媒体网络环境下的外语教学原则将学、教、评有机整合,形成一个兼容共存、三位一体的新型教学生态联动机制。在目标认同的基础上,本原则借助自身固有的导向功能,将主动认知与互动体验引入外语教学,强调外语教学体系内部良性循环与外部网络环境独特优势的协调与交融,全力推动外语教学过程交际化和社会化,从而实现非目的语环境下外语教学效能的最大化和外语教育质量的最优化。The principles autonomous learning principle, of foreign language teaching in the interactive teaching principle the web-based environment consisting ot me and the muhi-evaluational principle are engaged gulded in the organic integration of learning, teaching and assessment, generating a new eco-linking trine mechanism for teaching which is co-existent and correlated, compatible and inclusive. On the basis of the agreed target for teaching, the Principles introduce the Active Cognition and Interactive Experience to the process of language teaching, emphasize the virtuous circle inside the language teaching system and its coordination with the unique superiority of external web environment, and try to promote the communicative and social process of foreign language teaching so as to maximize the efficiency of language teaching in a non-native environment and optimize the quality of foreign language education.
