摘　　要：随着我国素质教育的普及,大学的体育教育也逐渐成为我国教育体制中的一个关注点。但是高校体育教育的成果却不容乐观。如何激发学生对体育的兴趣,提高体育教学质量,成为目前亟待解决的问题。本文论述了如何在体育教学实践中提高体育教学质量的方法。With the popularization of China＇s quality education, the university sports education gradually becomes one of the focuses of China＇s education system. However, the result of college physical education is not optimistic. How to stimulate students＂ interest in sports and improve physical education teaching quality becomes the problem to be solved at present. This paper discusses how to improve sports teaching quality.
