摘　　要：由于技师学院的生源结构和学生层次多元化，采用传统的教学模式难以保证电工技术应用课程的教学效果。本文提出了以能力为本位的教学理念，结合多种有效的教学方法在电工技术教学过程中进行贯穿实施，可以极大地调动和激发学生的积极性、主动性及创造性。As a result of technician college students structure and student diversity, using traditional teaching mode is difficult to guarantee the electrical technology application course teaching effect. This paper presents the competency-based teaching concept, combining a variety of effective teaching method in the teaching of electrician technology process through the implementation, can greatly arouse the students＇ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.
