摘　　要：本文在回顾我国职称制度发展历程、调研部分地区高校教师职称评聘现状基础上,分析了专业技术任职资格评审与职务聘任两种制度的内涵和异同,提出将职称资格评审与职务聘任分离,发挥职称评审的人才评价与激励作用,完善职务聘任的岗位系统管理功能。Based on a review of the developmental process of the domestic professional title system and an investigation into the present situation of college teachers′ title evaluation in some regions,the paper analyzes the connotations,differences,and similarities between the two systems,namely,professional title evaluation system and employment system.It further proposes that the two systems should be separated in order to enhance the stimulative functions of the professional title evaluation,and perfect the systematic post management function of the employment system.
