刍议如何提高高职院校科研管理服务水平

摘　　要：随着高职院校办学规模的进一步扩大,高学历、高职称人才的引进,科研工作越来越受到重视,科研项目的质量和数量都有较大幅度提高,对学院科研管理也提出新的要求。文中从高职院校科研管理的制度建设、人员配备与素质、硬件建设等方面展开讨论,提出提高科研管理服务水平的策略和方法。With the futher expansion of higher vocational school, introduction of high education and senior technical titles, scientific research plays an more and more important role. The quality and quantity of scientific tasks have sub- stabtially developed. Meanwhile, the academy＇s scientific manegement is proposed some new needs. The paper sums up the strategies and ways to develop the level of scientific management service from the discussion of higher vocational school＇s institutional building. People＇s quality and distribution, hardware building and so on.
