行业协会在加拿大社区学院职业教育中的作用

摘　　要：行业协会在加拿大职业教育的发展中发挥着重要的作用。其作用具体表现在行业协会向社会广泛宣传社区学院,与社区学院共同开发职业教育课程,参与制定社区学院的教学大纲,引导社区学院开设培训课程,利用信息技术增加培训机会,对学徒企业实践培训的成绩进行鉴定,促成社区学院之间相互认可学分,发挥职业认证体系的更大效用,向社区学院提供技术捐助,维护社区学院教师的合法权益,推动社区学院职业教育的国际化和参与组织举办职业技术竞赛等方面。The guild plays an important role in the development of vocational education in Canada,which embodies in widely propagandizing community colleges to society,developing vocational education courses with community colleges,establishing teaching syllabus of community colleges,guiding community colleges to offer training courses,using the information technology to add training opportunities,identifying the scores of practice training in enterprises,facilitating to accept the mutual credit between community colleges,making the most of professional certification system,providing technical donations to community colleges,maintaining the lawful rights and interests of teachers in community colleges,promoting internationalization of vocational education in community colleges and participating in organizing the vocational and technical competition,etc.
