摘 要:目的:电针对脑缺血的保护作用,以往的实验数据均在大鼠身上获得,而大鼠的身体结构和经络与人体有着较大差异,为了进一步探索针刺治疗脑缺血的作用机制。方法:本实验以成年健康猕猴(雌雄各半)为实验对象,采用大脑中动脉阻塞再灌模型,猕猴在缺血2h,再灌9h后,在其督脉穴位:百会和人中进行电针治疗。用毛细管区带电泳检测猕猴脑匀浆组织中八种氨基酸的变化。结果:发现GABA,Tau,Gly,Gln和Asn的水平在缺血后级电针治疗后没有明显变化。而Glu和Asp在缺血后急速升高,经电针治疗后几乎下降到正常水平。结论:电针可有效降低因缺血再灌后造成的兴奋性氨基酸的异常升高。Objective:Electro-acupuncture had neuro-protection from ischemia,the experimental data obtained in rats,the rat's body structure and meridians were quite different from the Mankind's,To further investigate the mechanism of electro-acupuncture(EA) following ischemia.Methods:Adult health rhesus monkeys(male and female) were used in the study.Eight amino acids were detected by capillary-zone electrophoreses after monkey following ischemia and EA treatment on Dumai acupoint:Ren Zhong and Bai Hui.Results: there were not obvious changes in these amino acids:GABA,Tau,Gly,Gln and Asn.While Glu and Asp were increased after ischemia and decreased after EA treatment.Conclusion:EA played a role on decreasing the abnormal increased excitatory amino acids levels.
