摘　　要：干训教师队伍的整体素质是影响校长培训质量的一个重要因素。在实践中应加强对干训教师队伍建设与发展的研究,探索干训教师队伍管理及素质提高的新途径。The whole team quality of cadre-training teachers is an important factor influencing headmaster training quality. In practice, we should enhance the exploration of the new ways of constructing and developing the team of cadre-training teachers, managing the team and improving the quality of the team.
