奥巴马政府的教师质量提升政策探析

摘　　要：为有效改善美国基础教育,奥巴马政府2010年3月14日颁布《改革蓝图:重新修订初等和中等教育法》,推出强调教育公平的、更人性化的教育改革措施。为培养高质量教师队伍,奥巴马政府主要从教师绩效工资制、高质量教师的招收与培养、对教师的奖惩制度等几方面提出了教师质量提升的相关具体措施。但由于改革蓝图的施行时间较短,其实施效果还有待深入观察。On March 14, 2010, the Obama administration issues a blueprint for reform： reauthorization of the elementary and secondary education act. This is an amendment of the similar act by the former president Bush. The Obama administration aims at higher quality of teachers in relation to their performance salary） recruitment of professional training, and incentives. This blueprint sounds good, but needs to be observed further.
