摘  要:运用经验抽样法对154名大学生的日常情绪体验、生活事件进行为期14天的追踪调查,通过多层线性模型(HLM)探讨日常生活事件与情绪体验的关系及情绪调节策略对二者关系的影响。结果表明:大学生积极情绪体验多于消极情绪体验。在个体内和个体间水平,消极事件都对积极情绪有显著的负向预测作用,对消极情绪有显著的正向预测作用;积极事件对积极情绪有显著的正向预测作用。积极事件对消极情绪的负向预测作用只在个体间水平显著。表达抑制这种情绪调节策略能够增强消极生活事件与消极情绪体验的关系。Emotions are central components of people' s lives, both interpersonally and intrapersonally, and daily life events can have powerful effects on people' s daily emotion, both positive and negative ( Berkowitz , 2003 ; Bolger & Zuckerman, 1995). The Dynamic Model of Affect (DMA) developed by Zautra et al (2005) considered that the experience of emotion always occurred in an environmental context, and in order to understand the dynamics of change in events and affects, data needed to be collected and analyzed to examine within-person relationships. Many individual variables (Mroczek & Almeida, 2004; Zautra, 2005; Dasch et al, 2006; Caston & Mauss, in press), including emotion regulation, can interact with life events to produce daily emotions. The present study investigated the emotion features of college students, the emotional reaction to life events which occurred in everyday life, and the moderator role of emotion regulation on the relation between daily life event and daily emotion. The participants were 154 undergraduates, 18--26 years old, who completed the 10-item Emotion Regulation Questionnaire ( ERQ, Gross & John, 2003) at the beginning of the research. The ERQ assessed individual differences in two emotion-regulation strat- egies : expression suppression (a =. 79) and cognitive reappraisal ( a =. 80). During the experience sampling section, 6--8 participants formed a group voluntarily. Under the supervision of their leader, they completed 2 questionnaires for daily emotion ( reporting positive and negative feelings at that moment) and life events (reporting positive and negative events every day) to provide data at the end of each day. The daily emotion was measured with 15 items, 8 positive (relaxed, proud, excited, appreciative, enthusiastic, hap- py, satisfied and curious, a =. 934) and 7 negative ( guilty, nervous, sluggish, afraid, sad, anxious and angry, ot =. 859). The daily events were measured with 26 events, 14 positive and 12 negative
