社会资本视角下高职学前教育毕业生就业工作的思考与实践

摘　　要：影响大学生就业的因素包括自身人力资本、劳动力需求、劳动力供给以及劳动力市场等,而影响就业的另一个重要因素——社会资本也逐渐受到人们的重视。韶关学院韶州师范分院学前教育专业毕业生拥有的社会资本情况不容乐观。鉴于此,院就业指导部门采取以下有力措施积极拓展学校及大学生个人的社会资本:积极拓展个人弱关系社会资本;注重个人强关系社会资本的运用;塑造良好的学校形象;加强学校内部社会资本的积累。Factors that influence university students＇ employment include their own human capital,labor demand,labor supply and labor market;and another important factor——social capital also gradually gets the attention of people.The social capital situation of preschool education graduates from our college is not optimistic.In view of this,the employment guidance department of our college takes the following measures to expand the social capital of the school and students as individuals： actively expanding the social capital of individual weak ties;attaching importance to the application of the social capital of individual strong ties;creating a good image of our college;strengthening the accumulation of internal social capital of our college.
