摘  要:从班级的一般含义和班级建设的实质入手,分析了高职班级的特征,并对比班级建设的一般内涵,概括了高职院校班级建设的六个方面的特殊内涵,并结合班级建设的教师团队形成,提出了"四位一体"的班级管理模式。研究分析高职院校班级建设特殊内涵,对于加强高职院校班级建设,从而加强和改善高职大学生思想政治教育工作,实现高职院校特殊的培养目标,有着十分重要的现实意义。This paper begins from the general meaning of class and the substance of class construction, and analy- zes the characteristics of classes in the higher vocational colleges. In comparison with the general connotation, the paper summarizes the particular connotation of class construction from six aspects and puts forward the "quaternity" (the class counselor, the research director of the major, the profession advisor, and the moral advisor working together ) class management mode with the formation of the team of teachers in the class construction. The research and analysis of the particular connotation of class construction in higher vocational colleges is of great significance in the strengthening of class construction and ideological and political education and finally realizing the special cultivating objective of higher vocational colleges.
