摘　　要：依据高等职业院校校内实训基地建设现状,结合河北女子职业技术学院实训基地建设模式,探讨了高职院校校内实训基地建设和管理机制优化与创新的必然性。通过探索创新适应生产性实训的管理模式,进一步促进校内实训基地健康发展,使其成为高职高专院校工学结合人才培养模式不断深化的重要保障。According to the construction status of the campus training base in the Higher Vocational College,and combining practice base construction pattern of our college,analysis the optimum and innovative inevitability of the campus training base of the construction and management mechanism in the Higher Vocational College.Through the innovation of the productive practical training management model,in order to promote the healthy process of the campus training base,and become the deep important security of personnel training mode of the combining learning with working in the Higher Vocational College.
