摘 要:以卫星搭载小麦品种陕253突变株系SP5代(航天诱变株系第5代)为材料,进行农艺性状观察和麦谷蛋白亚基SDS-PAGE分析,以及总蛋白质含量测定。结果表明,经卫星搭载后农艺性状、麦谷蛋白亚基变异类型丰富;麦谷蛋白亚基变异频率高于农艺性状变异频率,高分子麦谷蛋白亚基变异主要发生在GluB1位点与GluD1位点,突变株高分子麦谷蛋白亚基区出现3种组合类型,部分株系低分子麦谷蛋白亚基同时发生变异。所有突变株系总蛋白质含量均低于对照,部分株系中与品质密切相关的谷蛋白大聚合体(GMP)含量升高。The agronomy traits,high molecular gluten subunits(HWM-GS) and total protein content of all mutant lines acquired from spaceflight carried cultivar Shaan 253 were researched in SP5 generation.The results showed that the agronomy traits and gluten subunits in mutants varied and gluten subunits had higher variance frequency.Three types of mutations which mainly happened in GluB1and GluD1 sites were obtained based on HMW-GS diversity.LMW-GS mutation was also observed in some mutants.The protein content in all mutant lines was lower than the control,and the GMP content which closely related to flour quality increased in some mutants.
