摘　　要：目的了解广东省经济欠发达地区农村留守儿童的营养知识和饮食行为习惯,为开展干预措施提供依据。方法用多阶段整群随机抽样法,对1 853名中小学生营养知识和饮食行为进行问卷调查。结果调查对象中留守儿童占59.2%。父母均外出务工者的营养知识和饮食行为得分均较低;留守的小学生营养知识得分低于中学生,而饮食行为得分高于中学生。结论留守儿童营养知识较少,不良饮食行为普遍存在,应开展综合性的营养健康教育干预措施。Objective To survey nutrition knowledge and dietary behavior of left-behind children in underdeveloped rural areas in Guangdong for the health education intervention. Methods Totally 1 853 primary and middle school students were investigated for nutrition knowledge and dietary behavior with questionnaire by using multistage cluster random sampling. Results The percentage of left-behind children was 59.2 %. The scores of nutrition knowledge and dietary be- havior of the children whose parents both were outdoor-workers were lower than those non-left-behind children. The score of nutrition knowledge of primary school students was lower than those of middle school students, but the score of dietary behavior was higher than that of middle school students. Conclusions It is necessary to implement nutrition education and behavior intervention for left-behind children to improve their nutrition knowledge and dietary behavior.
