摘　　要：随着农业信息化建设和新农村建设推进,农民信息素质越来越不能适应社会的发展,信息素质教育不足问题日益凸显。乡镇图书馆作为乡村信息中心,实施农民信息素质教育具有依据与可行性。乡镇图书馆实施农民信息素质教育应遵循:多层次教育方法与多渠道教育途径相结合;以农业信息化为契机,结合农村地区实际,确保教育与应用相互促进;发挥信息中心作用,注重营造氛围的原则。在教育内容上从信息意识、信息手段、信息能力、信息道德、信息安全五个方面来实现农民信息素质提升。The speeding construction of new rural society and agricultural informationalization has highlighted the problem of the local farmers＇ quality of information and their insufficient education,which hinders the social development.As an information center,the rural library enjoys an advantage of supplying information education with a big feasibility.The library-based information education,as the present paper argues,should be provided on the following principles： integrating multi-level and multi-channel education,taking the opportunity of agricultural informationalization project,ensuring the interaction between education and practical application with the consideration of local realities,and giving a full play to the library as an information center with an ideal information cultural atmosphere.The instruction should be conducted on the content of information awareness,information techniques,information skills,information ethic beliefs and values and information security.
