摘　　要：高校是人才培养的主体,增强和提高大学生科技创新意识及能力等综合素质是高校义不容辞的职责。通过举办多层次、多学科、多形式的科技文化竞赛活动,可进一步加强相关学科专业的联系和课程建设,深化教学内容和课程体系改革,促进校际交流,不断提高大学生实践创新能力和实际动手能力,以落实《中共中央、国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》精神,为优秀人才的脱颖而出提供舞台。Universities are the main body of education. It is the bounden duties of universities to strengthen and to enhance college students＇ science and technology innovation consciousness and ability, as well as some other comprehensive qualities. Through holding scientific technological and cultural contest events of multi - level, multi - disciplinary and multi - form, we can further strengthen the relationship between interdisciplinary majors and the construction of curriculum, deepen the teaching content and the curriculum system reform, promote intercollegiate communication, constantly improve university students＇ practical innovation ability and practical experiment ability,in order to implement the spirit of ＂the CPC central committee and the state council on deepening education reform and comprehensively advancing quality - oriented education decision＂ and to provide stage for the standing out of excellent talents.
