摘　　要：课件的优劣是决定高校英语多媒体课堂教学效果的关键。本文从课堂教学的主体即教师出发,用经济学原理对教师制作课件的成本进行分析。同时结合高校英语课件的现状,论证现代教育技术推广不力的根源在于课件制作成本与收益的失衡。The quality of courseware is the key of classroom CAI teaching effects in colleges and universities.Considering the element of teachers who are the subjects of the classroom teaching,the article analyzes the cost of designing and making courseware with economic theories.Together with the current condition of English courseware in universities and colleges,this article concludes that the root reason why modern educational technology fails to be popularized lies in the imbalance between cost and benefit of the courseware making.
