摘 要:教师职业认同为教师对自己身为教师整体的概念,是教师自我成长的内动力,决定着教师的教学态度和教学行为。探寻中学体育教师职业认同的结构模型,对于体育教师的专业素质的提高和我国教育改革的深入,有着积极的理论意义与参考价值。方法:在文献分析和半结构式访谈的基础上,编制初始问卷;对107名中学体育教师的预试结果进行项目分析和初步的探索性因素分析,编制中学体育教师职业认同正式问卷;对537名中学体育教师正式测试的数据随机分成两半,分别用于探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,验证问卷的信度和效度,得出了中学体育教师职业认同的结构模型。结论:中学体育教师的职业认同是一个由价值认同、情感认同、能力认同、持续认同和投入认同5个因子构成的多维度结构。本研究编制的《中学体育教师职业认同量表》具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为测量中学体育教师职业认同的工具。Professional identity of teachers is defined as the overall concept of teachers themselves as teachers.It is the motivation of teachers in self-growth.This paper explores the structure of the professional identity of secondary school PE teachers,thereby it has a positive theoretical meaning and reference value in terms of the improvement of the quality of PE teachers and the deepening of education reform.Method:Based on the teachers professional identity theory and semi-structured interview,the researchers issued the preliminary questionnaires.By item analysis and preliminary explorative factor analysis,the final questionnaires were made.And the authors randomly divide the result data of 537 PE teachers of secondary school to make explorative analysis and confirmatory analysis to conclude the structure model of the professional identity of PE teachers of secondary school.Conclusion:Based on the comprehensive results of this study,this author reaches the following conclusions: 1.School PE teachers' professional identity is a multi-dimensional structure composed of five elements: identity of value,identity of emotion,identity of ability,identity of sustainment and identity of dedication.2.The "professional identity scale of middle school PE teacher" this research composed shows good reliability and validity,and it can be an effective measurement for school PE teachers' professional identity.
