摘　　要：职业资格证书考试是学历教育的有益补充,具有权威性、国际化、创新性、实用性、社会化等优势。在完善职业资格证书考试的过程中,要营造良好的外部环境,做好方向引领工作;建立权威性认定机制,严格规范管理工作;搭建高校职业教育平台,提高教育质量;有效监督培训、公正合理考核,保证考试质量。As a useful supplement of degree education,occupation qualification certificate examination develops with broad prospects.It has such advantages as authority,internationalization,creativeness,practice and socialization.In the process of perfecting it,we should ：a）create a wholesome environment and guide it correctly,b）establish authorative authentication mechanism and standardize management,c） build platforms for vocational education in HEIs and improve the quality of education,d） supervise the training effectively and examine the trainees impartially so as to assure the quality of examination.
