摘  要:目的探讨合作考试在护理本科生毕业前护理技能考试中的应用效果。方法选取某校2006级120名护理本科生作为试验组,在毕业前护理技能考试中采取合作考试方式。将2005级127名护理本科生作为对照组,采取传统考试方式。比较两组学生的考试成绩,并用自设问卷调查试验组学生对合作考试的评价。结果试验组学生的考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.01)。学生认为合作考试增加自信心(94.2%),有助于减轻考试焦虑(96.6%),锻炼团队精神(98.3%)、合作交流技能(95.8%)、评判性思维(89.2%)和决策能力(85.0%)。95%的学生认为合作考试优于传统考试,96.7%赞成以后继续实行合作考试。结论合作考试有助于减轻考试焦虑,锻炼学生的团队合作精神、评判性思维及决策能力。Objective To examine the effects of collaborative testing in nursing skills test before graduation among baccalaureate students. Methods The study compared testing performance between 2 cohorts of baccalaureate students taking nursing skills test before graduation:a control group(n=127) and an experimental group(n=120). The control cohort took the test in a traditional way,whereas the experimental cohort completed the test collaboratively in small groups. After the test,the experimental group completed the questionnaire to evaluate the collaborative testing. Results The mean score of the experimental group in the test was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.01). The nursing students reported that collaborative testing could enhance their self-confidence(94.2%),relieve pretest anxiety(96.6%),promote team spirit(98.3%),cooperation and communication skills(95.8%),critical thinking(89.2%),and problem-solving ability(85.0%). In the experimental group,95 percent of the students thought that collaborative testing was superior to traditional testing,and 96.7 percent of the students supported to continue practicing the test. Conclusions Collaborative testing can relieve nursing students supretest anxiety,enhance their team spirit,critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
