应用人眼模型培训眼科护士操作的效果评价

摘　　要：目的对用人眼模型进行专科护理操作培训的方法与效果进行评价。方法 30名眼科专科护士对240只眼模型进行瞳孔直径测定、结膜下注射、角膜异物取出等操作培训。结果通过培训前后对比,护士对眼瞳孔直径的测量更加精确(1.390±0.074 vs 0.951±0.011,P=0.000 24),结膜下注射准确度明显提高(11.600±1.653 vs 13.733±0.583,P=0.000 0),角膜异物取出损伤范围较前缩小(χ2=15.067 0,P<0.01)。结论应用眼模型进行培训使眼科护士专科操作水平、熟练度及自信心有一定程度的提高;误差及操作紧张度有所下降。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of practical operation training in ophthalmic nurses with human eye model. Methods Thirty ophthalmic nurses were trained in measuring the pupil diameter, performing subconjunctival injection, extracting the corneal foreign body in a model of 240 eyes. Results The nurses measured the pupil diameter（1.390 ± 0.074 vs 0.951 ± 0.011, P=0.000 24） and performed the subconjunctival injection（11.600 ± 1.653 vs 13.733 ± 0.583, P=0.000 0） more accurately, and extracted the corneal foreign body with a less injured area（ X^2=15-067 0, P〈0.01） after training than before training. Conclusion Practical operation training of ophthalmic nurses with eye model can improve their operation level, decrease errors, alleviate their nervousness and increase their confidence and proficiency.
