摘　　要：利用Sylvester公式,给出一类矩阵对角化的充要条件,由此可得已有相关定理的一种新的证明,并对现有文献中的一些结论加以推广.By Sylvester formula,a necessary and sufficient condition for the diagonalizability of a class of matrices is obtained.By our result,a new proof of a related theorem is obtained and generalizations of some results in the literature are given.
