摘  要:为了解白肛海地瓜机体重金属分布规律,探索重金属去除方法。对比检测了白肛海地瓜与刺参不同部位的无机砷、总砷、镉、铅、汞等重金属含量,并初步比较了机械、酶解2种去皮方法对白肛海地瓜重金属的去除效果。白肛海地瓜机体重金属主要分布在肠道和体壁表皮,重金属无机砷含量为:表皮>肠道>体壁>体腔泥>性腺,重金属总砷、镉、铅含量为表皮>体腔泥>肠道>体壁>性腺,海地瓜体内重金属汞含量较少。得出结论为,利用机械对海地瓜进行脱皮与酶解去皮方法效果相当,去皮后,重金属无机砷轻微超标,其他重金属含量均达标。机械去皮方法时间短,成本低,易于产业化操作,可作为白肛海地瓜生产加工的新方法完善和应用。In order to determine the distribution of heavy metals in Acaudina leucoprocta,the inorganic arsenic,total Arsenic,cadmium,lead and mercury of different parts in Acaudina leucoprocta and trepang were detected respectively.The decortication effect of mechanical and enzymatic hydrolysis methods were preliminarily evaluated.The results indicated that the heavy metals in Acaudina leucoprocta located in intestine and surface of the body wall.The inorganic arsenic contents were epidermis intestinebody wall sea mudgonad.The tota arsenic,cadmium and lead contents were epidermissea mudintestinebody wallgonad.Fewer mercury were detected in Acaudina leucoprocta.The decortication effect with mechanical method was similar to the enzymatic hydrolysis method.The inorganic arsenic contents after decortication was a slight over standard and others reach the standard.The mechanical decortication method has many advantages such as short time,low cost and easy to realize industrialization,and can be applied to the Acaudina leucoprocta process as a new way.
