企业对船舶高职毕业生职业道德的评价与要求——基于对用人单位的调查与分析

摘　　要：调查显示,大部分用人单位认为船舶高职毕业生的职业道德素养比较令人满意,但也存在不尽人意的地方。突出问题是:毕业生的择业观和价值观存在着急功近利倾向,工作中缺乏吃苦耐劳精神、责任意识、敬业精神和团队精神。用人单位认为优秀的员工应具备爱岗敬业、团结合作、诚实守信、开拓创新、遵纪守法等基本职业道德素养。The survey shows that most employers think the professional ethics quality of graduates is satisfying in shipping higher vocational colleges, but there are also undeslrable ptaces. The outstanding problems are that graduates＇ view on seeking job and views have the tendency of eager for instant success and quick profits, and the lack of hardworking spirit, responsibility consciousness, professiorml dedication and teamwork spirit in the workl The employers believe that the excellent employees should be qualified with the basic professional ethics quality, such as dedication, tmity and cooperation, honesty and innovation, and legal compliance;
