摘　　要：在"厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质、创新型"的人才培养目标,从更新教育理念,优化实践教学体系,强化科技实践能力,建立有效的管理和运行机制,开展社会实践活动几方面,阐述了适应社会经济发展需要的人才培养模式。Aiming at the objectives of cultivating the talents with solid foundation,wide range,strong ability,high quality and innovative sprit,the talents training model which adapts to the social and economic development is introduced from several aspects,including renewing the educational concept,optimizing the practical teaching system,enhancing scientific practice activities,establishing effective management and operation mechanism and carrying out social practice activities.
