摘　　要：目的:分析天津市居民卫生服务需求及卫生人力资源供求状况,为医学教育改革与发展提供科学参考。方法:采用文献查阅、抽样调查及专家访谈等方法进行研究,利用SPSS 13.0进行数据处理。结果:天津卫生人力数量充足,但存在教育层次偏低、整体素质不高及分布不均等问题。结论:建议提高医学教育层次、调整专业结构、优化教育模式及培养全科医生。Objective：Analyze the health workforce supply and demand situation in Tianjin,to provide scientific information for medical education reform and development.Methods： Study through literature review,sample surveys,expert interviews and other methods,and use SPSS 13.0 to process the data.Results： The health workforce is sufficient,but there are some problems such as low education level,low quality and uneven distribution of quality.Conclusion： We should increase medical education level,adjust the specialty structure and train GP.
