摘  要:以蒸汽爆破玉米秸秆为原料,基于Box-Behnken试验设计,选取MgSO4、吐温80(Tween80)和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)作为酶解体系添加物,采用响应面法优化了玉米秸秆的酶解条件,并建立了数学模型.结果表明,在玉米秸秆酶解体系中,分别添加质量浓度为0.62 mg.g-1 MgSO4(底物),53.0 mg.g-1 Tween80(底物),0.48 mg.g-1 BSA(底物),48 h糖化后,还原糖质量浓度从60.05 g.L-1提高到73.64 g.L-1,比对照提高了22.63%,糖化率质量分数达到理论值的85.38%,并验证了数学模型的有效性,获得较高的还原糖质量浓度.表明添加适量的化学物质,可以显著提高还原糖质量浓度.Abstract: Based on Box-Behnken design, MgSQ, Tween80 and Bovine serum albumin (BSA)were chosen as additives for enzyme hydrolysis. The process conditions of corn stalk by steam explosion pre- treatment were optimized by response surface methodology, and a mathematical model of a second order quadratic equation was developed for reducing sugar concentration. The results showed that the optimized technological parameters were as follows:the optimal addition of these three chemical inducers for MgSO4, Tween80 and BSA were 0.62, 53.0 and 0.48 mg ·g-1, respectively. After saccharification under these conditions for 48 h, the final concentration of reducing sugar was increased to 73.64 g ·L-1 from 60.05 g·L-1 of the control, and the saccharification rate reached 85.38% of its theoreti- cal value. The results verified the validity of the mathematical model. This study demonstrates that the addition of proper amount chemical inducers can significantly improve the concentration of reducing sugar.
