摘　　要：高等院校拥有较雄厚的科研力量和知识积累,是技术创新人才培养的主力,技术创新已经成为高校教育和科研之外的第三个重要功能。通过分析高校技术创新的构成,明确高校在技术创新中独特的角色定位,指出高校技术创新的优势与阻碍,强调高校充分发挥其在技术创新中的作用离不开完善的法律保障,进而提出我国高校技术创新的法律保障新思路。Universities have the power of scientific research and technology.It is easy for them to train talent.So technology innovation has become the third function of universities in addition to education and scientific research.This paper points out the role of technology innovation and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.The paper also emphasizes that legal protection plays an important role in technology innovation and proposes legal protection measures for university technology innovation.
