摘  要:利用曲线修正板对曲柄滑块机构运动速度进行补偿,实现了光栅刻划机刀架的等速运动。建立了运动机构的数学模型,推导了等速修正板曲线参数方程。并且针对该机构,分析了由于安装误差所引起的等速误差,通过模拟计算得出了误差曲线。分析发现,修正板初始安装位置水平方向误差在1 mm内,得到的等速误差在2%以内,初始安装位置竖直方向误差只改变刀架初始位置,不影响等速精度。By using of a curve correction plate to compensate the velocity of the slider-crank mechanism,the tool carriage of the grating ruling machine moving at a constant velocity was realized.The mathematical model of the movement mechanism was established,and the parametric equation of constant velocity curve correction plate was brought forward.The constant velocity error caused by installation error of this mechanism was also analyzed.And the error curves were obtained by simulation calculation.It was found by analysis that the constant error is less than 2% when the initial installing position error is less than 1 mm in horizontal direction,the vertical error of initial installing position only changes the initial position of the tool carriage,which does not affect the accuracy of the constant velocity.
