摘 要:目的探讨自我概念、应对方式与大学生抑郁的关系,并考察应对方式在这个关系中的作用。方法采用田纳西自我概念量表(TSCS)、应对方式问卷(CSS)和Beck抑郁自评量表(BDI)对457名大学生进行调查。结果 1自我概念、应对方式与抑郁各纬度呈显著相关(P<0.01)。回归分析表明自我满意(Beta=-0.404,P<0.001)、自我认同(Beta=-0.128,P<0.001)、不成熟应对和成熟应对(Beta=-0.178,P<0.001)对抑郁有显著的预测作用,不成熟应对方式在自我概念与抑郁间的作用为部分中介作用(P<0.001)。结论自我概念、应对方式对抑郁有显著预测作用,低自我概念可能导致不成熟应对方式的运用,使个体更易陷入抑郁。Objective To explore the relationship between self-concept,coping style and depression of undergraduates.Methods A total of 457 undergraduates were tested by Self Concept Scale(SCS),Coping Tennessee Style Scale(CTSS) and Beck Depression Inventory(BDI).Results ①There were correlations between self-concept and depression as well as coping-style.②Depression was affected significantly by satisfaction(Beta=-0.404,P〈0.001),self-identity(Beta=-0.128,P〈0.001),immature coping style(Beta=0.208,P〈0.001) and mature coping style(Beta=0.178,P〈0.001).Self-concept not only influenced depression directly,but also influenced depression through coping style indirectly(P〈0.001).Conclusion Depression is affected significantly by self concept and coping style.Low self-concept may lead to immature coping style,which may cause depression directly or indirectly.
