摘　　要：加强大学生科研训练和创新能力培养是高等教育的本质功能。文章结合教师科研课题对加强大学生科研训练和创新能力培养的有效途径进行了初步探索,实现了教师科研课题与创新型人才培养的有机结合。The university＇s essence function is to strengthen the students＇ scientific research training and bring up their innovative abilities.The paper discussed the efficient approaches to how to strengthen the students＇ scientific research training and bring up their innovative abilities combined with teachers＇ research projects.It was successful in integrating teachers＇ research projects with cultivation of innovative talents.
