摘　　要：工程项目管理课程是研究工程建设中统筹规划和系统管理的一门重要专业课程。文章根据作者参加首届"广联达杯"项目管理沙盘模拟大赛的实战经验和毕业实习现场管理的实践,针对目前工程项目管理课程使用的由广联达公司开发的模拟沙盘的缺陷提出改进方案。Based on the participation experience of the first sand table simulation contest and the on-site practice of project management,this paper puts forward the improvement program to get over the defects of the current sand table simulation in project management which is developed by Glodon Company.
