摘　　要：目的:探讨肾透明细胞癌Notch1与Jagged1的表达及意义。方法:应用Western blot和免疫组化染色法,检测肾透明细胞癌及正常肾组织中Notch1、Jagged1的蛋白表达,分析两者与临床病理参数的相关性。随访肾透明细胞患者术后情况,分析Notch1、Jagged1蛋白的表达水平与预后的关系。结果:肾透明细胞癌组织中Notch1、Jagged1的阳性表达率高于正常肾组织(分别为95.3%比36.4%,P<0.05;93.0%比42.4%,P<0.05),Notch1和Jagged1的表达水平与肾癌的病理分级、临床分期和肿瘤的大小均有关。结论:Notch1和Jagged1高表达可能在肾透明细胞癌发生发展中发挥作用,Notch1和Jagged1表达水平对肾透明细胞癌预后判断具有一定价值。Objective To detect the protein expression and significance of Notchl and Jaggedl in Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma （CCRCC）. Methods The expression levels of Notchl and Jaggedl were examined by Western blot and immunohistochemistry in pathologically identified CCRCC and normal kidney tissues. Patients were followed up after surgery and the correlation between prognosis and protein expression was studied. Results The positive staining rates of Notchl and Jaggedl in CCRCC were higher than those in normal kidney tissues （95.3% vs 36.4%, P〈 0.05; 93.0% vs 42.4%, P 〈 0.05）. The exoression levels of both Notehl and Jaggedl were strongly correlated with tumor size, grade and TNM stage. In addition, high expression levels of Notchl and Jaggedl were associated with poor outcome in CCRCC patients （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The over-expression of Notehl and Jaggedl may play an important role in oncogenesis of CCRCC. The expression levels of Notchl and Jaggedl may be useful for predicting prognosis in CCRCC patients.
